Cyprus Aims to Tap into the Lucrative Cycling Tourism Sector

In a move to carve out a niche within the booming cycling tourism market, Cyprus is ramping up its efforts to attract enthusiasts of the sport. This initiative saw the Paphos regional tourism board, Etap Paphos, inviting 12 Polish cycling clubs to discover the diverse and scenic cycling routes the island has to offer. The visit, which was part of a broader strategy to enhance and market sports tourism in the region, has been met with positive feedback, with indications that the clubs are considering Cyprus for future cycling trips.
